    Ordered an item which took one week to deliver. On delivery I received a complete different item of less than 3/4 of value which I ordered. Took forever to receive feedback from info. Lodged a return and it seems that it could take another 3 weeks to hopefully receive the correct item. No compensation for the complete waste of time. Unhappy!

    Bought an oil heater and baby bed. Packaging of the products was horrible and the heater was dented. For them to pick it up, they somehow lost my address and didn't collect. Its been 2-3 weeks and am still stuck with the products. Best to deliver it myself to this address.

    I ordered 3 items on the daily deals specials (Note: Single order number for the lot). So I receive an email notification saying order is ready for pick up. I then decided to drive over to Takealot warehouse which is about 20 minutes drive from my work place only to get to they're warehouse and be told that only 1 item of the 3 is ready for collection, How does that even make any sense. Does that mean for every item I need to drive to/fro Takealot rather than for them to package them as the 3 items I bought (as single order) and then send their stupid notifications for me to pick up, instead of item by item. Do they even know what the price of a liter of petrol is?

    Call center is terrible! It kept cutting off even after 4 calls. Different consultant on every call. Couldn't complete request before needing to call in again!! No calls returned despite confirming my details! Fix!!
