I have been applying for a TN visa working from this gate , I am a software engineer. I have been detained for more than 2 hours and after declining the visa , the agent forced me to sign , take a fingerprint and a photo otherwise I will be banned from entering to the US for 5 years, at the end he asked me not to try to apply for a visa from any border center. I had one of the worst humiliation of my life , advise to a non white : avoid this gate .
